Includes (2) 45-minute phone/video calls to discuss marketing strategy (target audience, where to market company, other topics of interest/needs to client); check list of marketing tasks for business, such as logo, domain, website, etc.; action plan with next steps.

Media/Public Relations Launch:

You want the public to know about your business news and accomplishments! Includes writing a press release, recommendations of four media outlets to pitch and tips for getting earned media.

LinkedIn Profile Set Up:

LinkedIn is a fantastic way to cultivate relationships with potential and current clients. An inviting profile on LinkedIn can help attract these audiences and showcase your skills. Includes set up of LinkedIn professional profile for client (CV/resume and professional headshot provided by client).

Marketing Material Review:

 Your marketing materials help you communicate with current and potential customers. Includes review of up to three marketing materials (brochure, service list, etc.) with suggested revisions provided.

Website Audit:  

Having an easy to read and navigate website improves engagement of your visitors. Get an expert eye on your website to make sure the content, flow of navigation/menus and messaging are attracting and keeping
visitors. This audit provides recommendations for updates to your website. Developing a website wireframe (outline) and writing
website content are additional services.

Basic Brand Guideline:

Business brand guidelines are important to helping maintain a consistent look and feel. We’ll create an all-in-one guide for easy sharing to vendors, graphic designers and others.

Business Name Brainstorming:

If you’re stuck deciding on a name for your
new business, get help brainstorming ideas! This package includes a 30-minute phone
call with Heather to discuss your goals and ideas for business; document with 10 suggested names and available website domains (to be purchased by client).

Email Marketing Services:

Consistent communication with your audience is important to engagement and growing your business. We’ll set up your email marketing in MailChimp, Constant Contact or Convertkit. Package also includes upload of current client emails into system, creating two branded email templates, one email automation and one landing page for email capture. (Please contact us for a separate quote if you would like ongoing email marketing management.)
